Hope he works with Mark and Travis again. Blink 182 is Mark, Travis and Matt. Tom sucks and the band hit its peak when he was out and Matt was in. Tom may be on more albums, but Matt IS the real third member of the trio. Give it a year or 2 and Tom will piss off again.

I love these interviews. It’s like going back in time and being in the minds of the guys who got me the things all teenagers go through and come out the other side and realize how important music really is.

It’s absolutely mind blowing to see this happen. I remember 25 years ago when I started really getting into sublime I always dreamed that someday Jakob could step into his father’s role. It’s absolute poetry to see this happen. It gives a lot of us diehard fans a small bit of closure to the tragedy that happened in 1996. I’m happy for this young man and I hope he doesn’t get too bothered by never being able to be mentioned without his dad being brought up too.

I like it when bands mix it up. I love Nobody, I play it all the time. Like I love old bands like AC/DC but also like how much do I need when it all kinda sounds pretty same after a while. I think that is what draws me to bands like Avenged and Ice Nine Kills is they really mix shit up nicely. Then again I am the same with movies, I prefer a mix like horror/comedy or syfy/horror mix. People get stuck on what they liked from age like 12 to 25 and then seem to like freeze there, idk why.

I have loved Alkaline since my 20th birthday and the first time I met Matt it was in Florida in early 2008. He was the nicest person and we talked a lot. It was so cool meeting my hero and finding him to be such an amazing dude. I unfortunately met other musicians that were not so nice and I'll always treasure the memories with the band.

Guy fucking ruined the original 'band'. His goddamn ego wrecked what THEY had. Keeps saying my in every single sentence. What a tool. Can only imagine what they would have done after blue, hearing some of those amazing demos the band has from that time period.

Loved some 3eb since they came out when I was in high school. Always liked listening to Jenkins interviews for some reason. So many favorites Tropic Scorpio, Bonfire, Sharp Knife, Mine, Everything is Easy, Slow Motion, Non-Dairy Creamer, & basically the whole 1st & 2nd albums. And love Idol so be awesome to see to of my favorite acts together!
